We’re looking for a warm, energetic and customer-focused Front of House Attendant to become the face of our brand and help bring our hospitality to life.
About the role
As a Front of House Attendant, you are the connection between our craft and our community. You’ll create meaningful experiences through genuine hospitality, exceptional service, and attention to detail.
This role is more than taking orders and serving coffee — it’s about creating moments. You’ll warmly welcome every customer, confidently share product knowledge, prepare high-quality beverages, and help create a space that feels inviting, vibrant, and memorable.
You’ll work closely with our Front of House team and contribute to an environment where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
This role may include early mornings, afternoons, weekends and public holidays as part of our seven-day trade. Work hours are rostered generally between 5am - 5pm.
What you'll be doing
Deliver warm, genuine hospitality that leaves customers feeling welcomed and cared for
Build natural customer connections and create memorable experiences
Confidently communicate product knowledge and guide customer choices
Thoughtfully recommend products and enhance customer experiences
Prepare high-quality house-made beverages with consistency and care
Process transactions accurately through POS systems
Maintain clean, organised and visually appealing displays and service areas
Follow cleaning and operational procedures consistently
Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive and high-performing environment
Share customer feedback and insights to support ongoing improvement

Previous café, bakery, hospitality or customer service experience is valued, but attitude, warmth and willingness to learn are equally important.
