We are currently looking for a qualified Chef who is passionate about creating and executing the finest food to deliver couples and their guests an exceptional experience.

As a Chef at Gabbinbar, you must be able to provide high standards of food quality, preparation, and production for our discerning couples. This position will also be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen while also assisting any kitchen hands and kitchen attendants in their professional development.

3pm to midnight shifts:

As a Front of House Waiter, you will be responsible for serving all customers in an attentive and responsive manner. This role is responsible for making the guests feel welcome at all times and catering to all the guest's needs with professionalism and care. We are looking for staff members who have a food and drinks service background, who are passionate about customer service and providing genuine hospitality. It is vital that you provide the "Gabbinbar Experience" to all people, including guests, vendors and other staff.

Join our culinary team at Gabbinbar as a Kitchen Attendant, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our chefs and ensuring the seamless operation of our kitchen. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks including assisting the chefs with menu preparation and plating, dishwashing and equipment sanitation.
