Oversees the financial management of weddings and the broader business, including calculating profits, reviewing quotes, lodging BAS, managing payroll tax, accounts payable/receivable, and debtor collections. Working closely with the Managing Director and COO, the role oversees financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow, compliance and day-to-day finance operations. It provides clear financial insights to support business and investment decisions across the Group.
The role also leads a small finance team, strengthens financial systems and processes, and supports the development of an accurate, efficient and scalable finance function as the Group continues to grow.

The HR Compliance, Payroll & Finance Administrator provides support across human resources, payroll and finance functions for Prethink Group and its associated entities. The role is responsible for maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and offboarding, monitoring payroll compliance, payroll processing and providing finance administration support. Working closely with business leaders, the role helps ensure compliance, accuracy and the effective operation of people and financial systems.Safety
