Responsible for the overall finance functions of Prethink Group and its entities. Responsible for overseeing the improvement of financially-related internal controls and processes across the wider organisation and to support the operations through effective management of suppliers. You will support the executive management team by offering insights and financial analysis which will allow them to make the best business decisions.

Oversees the financial management of weddings and the broader business, including calculating profits, reviewing quotes, lodging BAS, managing payroll tax, accounts payable/receivable, and debtor collections. Maintains cash flow, supports continuous improvement, handles general admin, and manages rental income, fees, and payments across various Prethink Group companies .
Sinthiya Shrestha

Supported by the Finance Manager
Supports the Finance Manager with a range of administrative and financial tasks, including daily card reconciliations, monthly reports, entering receipts and bills across all Prethink Group companies, processing refunds, checking supplier statements, and reconciling tills. She monitors finance emails, prepares bills for approval, processes payments, and assists staff with card-related queries.

Ashley Harley
Operations Manager

Responsible for a variety of physical day-to-day operations around the Gabbinbar estate, The Baker's Duck locations and Prethink Group office. Some of these tasks include property maintenance and IT support and setup. Manages the Gardening and Maintenance Team. Ashley works closely with team members from various locations within the organisation and is often on call for operational emergencies. Ashley is also a qualified electrician!

Execution of both routine and ad hoc maintenance tasks across all company associated buildings, plant, equipment, and grounds. This includes coordinating and scheduling regular maintenance activities, responding promptly to repair requests, and undertaking minor repairs to ensure the company’s properties remain safe, functional, and presentable.

Manages payroll and policy and award compliance. Works with Team Leaders for employee related functions such as onboarding and training and development, to help foster a positive, productive, and legally compliant work environment.
Safety

Responsible for leading and promoting a strong safety culture, manages all WH&S processes, ensures safe equipment use and PPE compliance, oversees preventative maintenance, conducts regular safety training, and provides expert guidance on safety matters. Develops safety documentation, maintains necessary equipment, improves fire safety systems, addresses first aid needs, and is on call for emergencies outside work hours.

Takes full ownership of the social media strategy for Prethink Group brands, including the key execution for Gabbinbar and The Baker's Duck. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, photographers, and videographers, to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.

Manages properties within the Prethink Properties portfolio. Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing real estate properties or property-related goods and services to support the company's portfolio expansion or operational needs.
