Responsible for leading and promoting a strong safety culture, manages all WH&S processes, ensures safe equipment use and PPE compliance, oversees preventative maintenance, conducts regular safety training, and provides expert guidance on safety matters. Responsible for a variety of physical day-to-day operations around the Gabbinbar estate, The Baker's Duck locations and Prethink Group office. Some of these tasks include property maintenance and IT support and setup. Manages the Gardening and Maintenance Team. Ashley works closely with team members from various locations within the organisation and is often on call for operational emergencies. Ashley is also a qualified electrician!
