4pm to midnight shifts:

As a Back of House (BOH) Assistant, you will be responsible for keeping glassware during event clean, polished and available for waiters to use. Additionally, the pack down of equipment, decorations and general 'after event' reset. This role is also an all-rounder for various tasks within the Gabbinbar Homestead team as directed.

As a Front of House Waiter, you will be responsible for serving all customers in an attentive and responsive manner. This role is responsible for making the guests feel welcome at all times and catering to all the guest's needs with professionalism and care. We are looking for staff members who have a food and drinks service background, who are passionate about customer service and providing genuine hospitality. It is vital that you provide the "Gabbinbar Experience" to all people, including guests, vendors and other staff.

Wedding and Event Planners at Gabbinbar Homestead are responsible for all the planning and delivery of weddings and events at the venue.
